Toptracer Technologies has users and viewers all over the world. Our mission is to help people enjoy the wonderful game of golf even more through contributions to TV and driving range technology. All our products are developed, tested, and deployed from our R&D office in Mörby Centrum, Stockholm.

At Toptracer, we believe in the power of more—more data leads to more insights. More insights drive more innovation. And more innovation means more games that appeal to more players, encouraging them to return and play even more. When we invented driving range technology two decades ago, we reinvented the driving range experience. And although we’ve been at it longer than anyone else, we’re just getting started. Toptracer

A brand-new service using existing technology

From idea to launched product

The Coach project was initially a concept project where I joined as a UI/UX Designer. In short, the service is a tool that allows a golf coach to create lessons for connected players. The player completes the lessons with or without the coach, and every swing is recorded so both the player and coach can evaluate each shot and track improvements over time. This was the initial idea and the hardware to be utilized. After conducting analysis and compiling all requirements, we discussed technical solutions with developers and a database architect. I started by creating a wireframe prototype to easily make adjustments where we identified flaws before moving on to a more visualized prototype, which we later presented internally to the management team in the USA (TopGolf, owners of Toptracer) and Toptracer Sweden. The concept was approved, and we could then begin building an MVP, which was publicly showcased at the PGA Show in Orlando.

At the show, we received valuable feedback from coaches who tested the service. We continued working to add more games and put more robust effort into managing players, teams, and lessons administratively. I developed a design system for the new interface so developers and other designers could easily continue expanding the service moving forward. The product had now gained momentum, so I handed the project over to Toptracer’s in-house designers.

New brand design and app

For Atrium Ljungberg, I helped create a new web design that aligns with the new graphic profile. The new profile was originally created for print design, so I adapted it to bring the same design and feel to the web. The website received a modern new design along with an improved UX, both on desktop and for mobile users who previously struggled with navigation.

I also complemented missing parts for the digital presentation to tie all aspects together in one interface. For the website and app, I created an icon and pictogram library with about 50 items. The app was developed for iOS and aims to assist property owners and tenants with news communication and service support.

Who are Best Transport

Started back in 1976—that’s when Bengt Alm founded "Benkes Budbilar." By 1984, the name was changed, and we became BEST. For the first twelve years, we operated in the Stockholm region. Then, in 1988, we opened our office in Gothenburg. And since then, we’ve just kept growing.

Today, Best Transport has its own operations in Stockholm, Uppsala, Gothenburg, Malmö, Växjö, Jönköping, Oslo, and Copenhagen. Through franchisees and partners, we’re present in an additional twenty or so locations across Sweden.

Here, I helped Best increase their digital visibility and expand their online presence on social media, as well as created illustrations used, among other things, for wrapping their delivery vans.

I took over web management and, beyond maintaining it, expanded Best’s website with fresh, new content and design. An analysis of user behavior and optimization was conducted to enhance the website’s service. Best’s CRM system is web-based and used by their control center, hauliers, drivers, and end customers to track packages. I designed the UI for the system and reviewed its usability with a basic UX analysis.

For print, I illustrated, among other things, a Stockholm map of the areas Best delivers to, which was then used in their printed materials and as vehicle wrapping for all Best delivery vans in the Stockholm region.

Who are Kitchen And Table

Clarion’s launch of celebrity chef Marcus Samuelsson’s and Clarion Hotels’ acclaimed restaurant concept Kitchen & Table. Success didn’t take long to follow. Since the transformation, all restaurants have increased their turnover by at least 30 percent, with some even more. Additionally, the number of guests has grown on weekdays.

A unique and standout design

Website for all Clarion Hotels’ Kitchen & Table restaurants, located in over 20 of their hotels.

In this project, I served as Art Director but also handled the visual design and assisted with front-end programming. I drew inspiration for the design from the unique interior of the restaurants and aimed to elegantly tie that feeling into the website.

In addition to a main page with restaurant concepts and events, each city has its own micro-site with an ecosystem for blogs, event calendars, menus, and online booking options.

Who are Orkla Foods Sverige

Orkla is the Nordic region’s leading player in brands and concept solutions for grocery retail and foodservice. Orkla companies in Sweden generate nearly 7,000 MSEK in revenue and employ over 3,000 people. In Sweden, Orkla operates through the companies Foods, Confectionery & Snacks, Care, and Food Ingredients, all with strong brands in their respective fields.

Augmented reality with AR

A powerful sales tool for Orkla’s field salespeople, with options to customize products, create digital quotes, and sign agreements digitally.

With this app, the salesperson can take a photo of the intended location for a beverage machine on-site and then select a machine model to place in the image. Then, drink options and a cost estimate for projected consumption and ongoing costs are available. This can be sent as a quote to the customer via email, including the calculation and image. A link to online signing of the quote is included in the email to quickly close the deal.

Sefina is the Nordic region’s largest pawnshop and has been around since 1884. Today, we have nearly 95 employees across 20 stores throughout Sweden, with our headquarters in Stockholm. In 2009, we changed our name from Svensk Pantbelåning to our current name, Sefina.

Optimized usability

Here, I helped create a website with a shop that also offers online auctions.

I designed and structured the online store, which, in addition to a regular shop, offers online auctions for selected items. I assisted with front-end programming and also designed a tailored backend UI.

The client came from a very static website, so they were very pleased with the ability to easily manage content on the website and shop. Ongoing work and maintenance of the website, as well as updates and improvements to the shop, continued for several years. Analysis of visitor behavior via statistical tools was used to improve sales and optimize the platform’s performance.

ECI is an international company that has worked on optimizing marketing costs for global companies spending hundreds of millions annually on marketing.

Here, I developed their graphic identity for their online presence, as ECI only had a logo when I started working with them. I built the website on the WordPress CMS platform, and what’s somewhat unique about this site is its optimization for fast loading worldwide, as ECI sells to all countries, with a focus on Europe, the USA, and Asia.

Fastening at workplaces and online

A website that doesn’t scare off hobbyists but keeps professional craftsmen satisfied.

Here, I helped Grabber showcase all their products in a sleek and professional way, including online product sheets and catalogs for their various screws and fastening systems. I illustrated a small character, "Screw Guy," for the FAQ section.

Their products are primarily aimed at craftsmen for their quality-assured offerings, but the website also draws in hobbyists. Beyond designing the website, I also assisted with UI design for the product database with search functionality and a PDF archive.

Here, I designed a website with recognition from Sandy’s graphic profile. The website was adapted for multiple platforms.

A basic UX analysis was conducted to improve content and layout based on UXR insights, which provided a clear picture of what needed enhancement.

Fria - Glutenfritt

Who are Fria - Glutenfritt

As late as the ‘90s, something called a gluten-free bakery barely existed. In fact, the options for gluten-intolerant people were extremely limited. It was around this time that Lena Adås and her husband Gunnar saw the need for a gluten-free bakery. The demand for tasty gluten-free bread turned out to be far greater than either of them could have imagined. Watch the film about Fria—a gluten-free bakery and the pursuit of freedom.

A website that not only showcases Fria’s products but also offers visitors recipe inspiration and competitions.

Here, I designed a website with recognition from Fria’s graphic profile on their packaging design. The website was adapted to work in multiple languages and includes a recipe bank.

I collaborated with UX designers to improve content and layout based on UXR analysis, which provided clear insights into obstacles and enhancements for the website. In-site campaign pages for new products were also created.

Aveqia

A perfect activity where you can meet clients in a relaxed setting, sharpen your team, hang out with friends, or simply enjoy good food and drinks and have a pleasant evening together.

Back in 1999, David Berggren coined the term Active Cooking. Then, as now, it was about an event where people could connect over food and cooking while building relationships. Active Cooking isn’t a cooking class but rather a way to socialize naturally in a relaxed environment with food as the common thread.

Website for Aveqia’s unique approach to team-building, getting to know colleagues, or strengthening ties with new or existing clients through cooking and drinks.

Here, I developed the website design as well as UI design for the booking system Aveqia chose to integrate into the site. I also assisted with printed materials for events and the company profile.

Pizza Hut

Who are Pizza Hut

Pizza Hut was founded by brothers Frank and Dan Carney from Kansas, USA, who dreamed of starting a unique pizzeria with an American twist. They borrowed $600 from their mom, and on May 31, 1958, they opened their first restaurant in Wichita. It was a success. Today, Pizza Hut is present in over 100 countries. A strong brand known for its exciting flavors and unique dough that you won’t find anywhere else. Sustainability

A campaign website for Pizza Hut’s youngest guests, featuring games, crafts, and challenges!

With illustrations by Henrik Nilson, I built the campaign site “Friends from the Jungle.” The campaign site includes several mini-games, including an adventure for the youngest kids where they explore different continents with animal-themed craft games.

The website also features a “coloring app” with motifs of characters from the adventure and animals. Everything was tested to work across different browsers and screen sizes.

Here, I assisted with both digital and print marketing for Chemiclean as a brand and their products/services. Over an extended period, work was carried out across various areas of the company’s marketing, including website design, UI design for their CRM system, graphic work for brochures, ads, roll-ups, vehicle wrapping, business cards, product sheets, and even some video editing with product demonstrations.
